Announcing the dates of schedule processing and academic movements

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at King Khalid University, announced the dates and mechanisms of schedule processing (addition, dropping and visitor). These processes are according to the plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the University for the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH. They would be available for all students and visitor students through Academia and Tawasol services on the University’s portal.

The Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Abdul Mohsen Al-Qarni, confirmed the necessity of committing to the announced dates. And benefiting from the electronic services available on Academia. He pointed, the Deanship created a service “Adding and Dropping a Course Request" to add and drop a course during this semester. And to also process the schedules of special cases like: graduate students, falling out students and those who did not complete the semester’s required course hours.

The schedules will be posted on Thursday the 1st of Muharram, and adding and dropping courses would be available through (the service of adding and dropping a course) till the 5th of Muharram. Addition and dropping for graduate students would be available through Academia on the 1st and 2nd of Muharram. As for the 38th patch and the patches before it would be on the 2nd and 3rd of Muharram. Dropping and adding would be available to all students through Academia from the 3rd till the 5th of Muharram, the service would be available through Tawasul from the 5th till the 7the of Muharram.

The Deanship made registration for visitor student from KKU to other universities available from the 20th of Dhul Hijjah till the 10th of Muharram.  As for visitor student from other universities to KKU, the registration would be available from the 20th of Dhul Hijjah till the 15th of Muharram. The Deanship also provided services for postponement and re-registration from 20 Dhul al-Hijjah until the 17th of Muharram.
